Australia

Frankie Hair Toppers’ goods are shipped by standard Australia Post from Australia generally within 1-3 business days and are inclusive of prices noted on the website.  All orders are sent with ‘signature delivery’ only, so please ensure that you will be home to take delivery of your parcel.  If a parcel is not collected within the local carrier’s specified timeframe, it will be returned to Frankie Hair Toppers.

If you require your product urgently, please contact Frankie Hair Toppers to ensure we find the appropriate means of delivery for you.

International Shipping 

Please allow approx. 7-14 business days for delivery to all destinations. Fedex Tracking details will be provided after your order has been dispatched.

Please note taxes and import duties may be applied to international deliveries outside of Australia. Recipients are liable for the taxes, import duties & customs fees associated with the delivery country nominated. These taxes are non-refundable in case of return/exchange. We cannot be held responsible for these fees, so please ensure you research your local policies prior to ordering. If you have any questions, please send us an email at hello@frankiehairtoppers.com.

In most cases, orders will be dispatched by COB the next business day. If you have requested additional alterations to be added to your wig or topper, please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for Frankie Hair Toppers to complete the order.

For Fedex delivery, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, so please ensure that you provide your daytime delivery street address and contact phone number.

In any account you have given us the wrong address when shipping information is asked in the checkout point, we are not liable for the contents of the package and are not obligated to give you a refund. We are also unable to re-direct any orders once they have been dispatched, please thoroughly triple check all shipping details are entered correctly at the checkout point. For International customers we use Fedex to ship, Frankie Hair Toppers does not hold responsibility for damaged, lost or stolen packages.

Frankie Hair Toppers reserves the right to deny shipping to any country which is deemed ‘risky’, or request transit insurance to be paid on the parcel.
