Refund policy for stock toppers and wigs

By confirming your order, you acknowledge and accept our Terms of Service, as well as our Refund Policy, both of which are available on our website.

We love our toppers, however if you don’t, non-custom orders can be returned.  Simply contact us within 24 hours of receiving to receive a return authorisation number and shipping address. 

To receive a refund, the item must be shipped within 48 hours of receiving and a copy of the consignment note must also be received via email within this timeframe.  It must be in its original condition and packaging, which means no cutting, colouring, dyeing or styling. A tracking number and signature upon delivery must also be used.

The customer is responsible for the actual shipping costs to facilitate a return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. If the customer chooses not to pay the customs/duty fees, the piece will be shipped back at the customer's expense.

Upon receipt of your order, our team will issue a refund if the item is in its original condition. Please allow a maximum of 7 business days for this to be processed.

In these cases, shipping, credit card fees, and PayPal/Stripe fees and the like remain non-refundable, and a 15% restocking fee will apply.

Additionally, if Frankie Hair modifies a stock piece at the customer’s request, such as adding colour or a cut, it will be considered a 'Custom Order’.

We assume no responsibility for items lost in transit.

Custom Orders

At Frankie Hair Toppers, we are dedicated to ensuring you love your purchase. Each custom order is specifically designed to meet your unique needs, making every piece truly special and one-of-a-kind. We take great care in matching your natural hair colour; however, due to the inherent complexities of hair colour and the various factors that can influence colour perception—such as lighting and the unique characteristics of individual hair—we cannot guarantee an exact match.

If, despite our best efforts, you are not fully satisfied, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion. Please note that any refund will include deductions for services such as colour, hair cutting, and postage. A 25% handling fee will apply, and any shipping, credit card fees, and PayPal/Stripe fees are non-refundable. Since each custom product is designed with you in mind, it is generally not resellable.
